A message about Coronavirus [COVID-19] Preparation

As the situation around the world and here in the U.S. continues to evolve with regard to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to inform you of the precautionary measures are being taken at Lux Offices, and our affiliates; SPA Enterprises and GuyCor Development, protecting our tenants, clients and associates, as well as the communities we serve.

Please note we are committed to delivering the customer service and work environment you have comet to expect, while protecting your well-being. The health and safety of our tenants, staff, and your clients continues to be our top priority.

During this time, and a feeling of uncertainty is in the air, rest assured Lux Offices is talking all the necessary measures to ensure we remain a safe and supportive environment, and will continue to serve you and your clients as long as we are able to.

PREPARATION

Lux Office staff members are meeting regularly and following guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control. We are in regular contact with health officials in our local communities.

Some of the steps we are currently taking include:

• Disinfecting common area surfaces frequently during the day [Including but not limit to; door knobs, light switches, countertops, tables, desks, phones, keyboards, faucets and sinks, and handrails]

• Closely working with our third-party cleaning companies to provide an extra level of care during nightly cleanings

• Requiring associates to stay home, if they are ill, a family member is ill, or possibly exposed to the coronavirus

We value our relationship with each of our tenants and clients. Our goal is to continue to support your needs, with a minimal level of disruption. We will update you on any changes regarding our response to the coronavirus.
